CHELSEA SET £35M FOR LOANEE

Chelsea have reportedly set an asking price for one of their loan players. Chelsea have several loan players at clubs across Europe and in the Premier League. One of the Chelsea loan players in the Premier League is Ross Barkley. The Everton Academy graduate is on loan at Aston Villa from Chelsea having joined the midlands club on loan for the entire duration of the season. Ross Barkley joined Aston Villa on loan for this season just before the summer transfer deadline ended last year and he went on to form a good partnership with club skipper Jack Grealish in the Villa attack. Football Insider has revealed that Chelsea loanee Ross Barkley has an asking price of £35m and that the player will need to improve his current form if the Blues want to convince Aston Villa to pay the said transfer fee.


Ross Barkley scored on his Aston Villa debut as Villa recorded an historic win at home to champions Liverpool. The Premier League holders were on the end of a 7-2 thrashing at the hands of Aston Villa. Ross Barkley went on to make it two goals in his first two games for Aston Villa as he netted the only goal of the game in a 1-0 away win over Leicester City. Ross Barkley was in good form until he suffered an injury. Since his return to the team, Chelsea loaneeRoss Barkley has not been able to rediscover his form from the opening weeks of the season when he was still a new player at Aston Villa.
