VICTOR MOSES ENJOYING FOOTBALL AGAIN

Chelsea star Victor Moses says he is enjoying his football at Stamford Bridge again.

The Nigeria international has been phenomenal for the Blues under the new manager’s arrangement. Coach Antonio Conte made tactical changes that saw the player get a starting shirt in the new set-up. The player was signed by Chelsea three years ago, but he has spent a better part of his Chelsea life on loan.

“I’m feeling happy, I’m feeling excited and right now I’m looking forward to every game. The most important thing is getting out on the pitch and enjoying your football, and that’s what I am doing at the moment. It’s also good to have a team that believes in your ability and encourages you to keep driving on and playing well,” Moses told the club’s website.
Moses added that he appreciated the support of the fans, and that he has “a huge amount of respect and love for them as well.”

Since he joined the current Chelsea set-up, the club has won all three Premier League games, and they look set to be a real title contender this term. Moses, who now plays as a right wing back, has been prominent in Conte’s 3-4-3 system.
“I have not played there before. I have just got to listen to what the manager asks me to do in that position, and the way he wants me to do it. Every game we play I just want to keep on improving. The more games you play, the more experience you get in that position. I’m really relishing it at the moment and enjoying it,” said Moses.

He added that Cesar Azpilicueta is the spare right-back and communicates with him regularly to ensure things are right. He disclosed that he has been linking up well with Pedro or Willian, and is comfortable in the role that is gradually making him indispensable.
